Steps to Selling

  • Spruce It Up

You’re moving, so start packing and start cleaning! Buyers will need to see themselves living in the home, so I will be there to consult you along the way on how best to present the home.

  • Marketing

With all of my listings, professional photos are a must. From staging, floor plans, drone shots, 3D Tours and videos, my expert partners provide high quality marketing essentials.

  • Showings

Once we are live on market, showings will begin. You will want to make your home as available for showings as possible. That means having a plan for pets, working from home, kids, and more.

  • Offers

Do you think your home will sell for a specific price? Do you think your home will sell between a price range, and dependent on the marketing and negotiating of your Realtor?

“Emilee was incredible through the entire process helping me prepare my home for showing and viewing, working on competitive offers, negotiating the timeline and transition for a sale and purchase. I could not have done it without her. Emilee was professional and available throughout. She is extremely knowledgable about Nashville neighborhoods and culture. A great resource for anyone considering moving to Nashville from another city. A rare local find. Highly recommend!”
