Your Nashville

Buyers Guide.

Getting Started

Ask yourself these questions:

  • What have you heard about the market in Nashville?

  • Do you have a monthly payment in mind?

  • Do you own your current home? If so, how long have you owned it?

  • How did that process work for you before and would you make any changes this time around?

  • On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being just starting and 10 being ready to move ASAP, where are you in the process?

  • What would have to happen for you to become a 10?
